We are passionate about ensuring high quality services and genuinely care about the goal attainment and results for both clients and our care workforce. The RoleThe role of Care Coordinator serves as an integral part of the organisation in ensuring that the highest levels of quality support and customer service is provided to our staff, clients, family members and key stakeholders.Key components of the role include:Availability and flexibility to cover a variety of 8 hour shifts starting no earlier than 7am and finishing no later than 10pm Monday to FridayManage the coordination of our Support Workers to deliver disability services in line with Client Care requirements and preferencesPrioritizing and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and ad hoc administration tasksActing as the primary point of contact for our support staff and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with and rostering our casual workforceProviding advice and support for any immediate crisis situations and liaise with; clients, emergency services and support workers to achieve optimum outcomes.Thriving in a fast-paced team environment suitable for someone who is agile and likes to be challenged throughout their day. Your ProfileTo be successful in this position it is essential you have:Previous experience in a similar position taking and receiving a high volume of calls preferably in the Disability SectorPrevious experience utilising Carelink + would be highly advantageousAbility to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate with various people from industry organisationsThe ability to multi task with a focus on customer service and client satisfactionExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent computer literacy and high level of administrative skills AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs
