Client Engagement Manager: Hospital Discharge

We are passionate about ensuring high quality services and genuinely care about the goal attainment and results for both clients and our care workforce.The roleDue to increased demand for services within rapid hospital discharge program, we are seeking a driven and motivated individual to take on this exciting new part of our business, with an aim to grow our client base and solidify our reputation in the sector.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Engagement Manager to look after the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne.Our head office is located in Clayton South and we support our staff to work primarily from home.Key components of the role include:* Business development and networking with discharge planning teams and social workers in hospital settings.* Create new relationships by way of various business development activities such as attending expos and cold-calling key decision makers.* Maintain active and positive relationships with referrers* Intake and full client setup for individuals with complex disabilities that are currently in hospital.* Support seamless discharge to successfully transition and live in the community What we are looking for* Proven business development and sales skills to create new opportunities* Strong networking skills and an ability to build strong relationships with referrers* A background in nursing, social work or an allied health discipline would be ideal for this role but not essential* Sound written and verbal communication skills* Well developed interpersonal and leadership skills* The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team* An empathetic, positive and warm approach AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Western Suburbs Footscray 3011
