The CompanyCareChoice is a specialist provider of experienced support staff in disability and complex care. CareChoice provides 24 hour support making a variety of different shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, active nights, sleepovers and weekends. We focus on providing the right person, on time, every time to contribute towards our clients achieving their goals.The Role:We have clients with complex support needs, requiring quality care for their individual programs in Ballarat and surrounding areas of Victoria. There are multiple clients requiring support with different care needs.There will be permanent part time positions available for the right candidates for long shifts of 8-18 hours (including sleepovers). Candidates must be prepared to do some initial transitional shadow shifts which may only be up to 4 hours in duration.These positions will initially be casual for up to 3 months.
