The CompanyCareChoice is a specialist provider of experienced support staff in disability and complex care. CareChoice provides 24 hour support making a variety of different shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, active nights, sleepovers and weekends. We focus on providing the right person, on time, every time to contribute towards our clients achieving their goals.The Role:We have a client located in Cranbourne West who requires basic personal care assistance as well as community access support. The ideal support worker will speak Dari / Farsi and have a current drivers licence and reliable vehicle for community access shifts.The shifts on offer are on an ongoing basis starting with weekdays between Monday-Friday from 8.45am - 3.30pm.
