Investigation Officer – Temp Role

CareChoice is currently experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and now require an Incident Investigation Officer to join the team for a two month assignment. The RoleYou will primarily be responsible for reviewing and assessing critical events and incidents within the required time frame. Comprehensive internal investigations will be a major component of this role to ensure the business is compliant with its legal and Industrial Relations obligations.Your role will also include but not be limited to: Following investigations, prepare comprehensive reports, clearly and concisely with conclusions, recommendations and feedback according to the CCYP and DWES guidelines.Complete required external reporting required to CCYP, CIMS, DWES within time frame.Ensure relevant internal investigation policies and procedures comply with industry standards, HR and legal requirements.Assist with interviewing staff. About YouTo be successful in this position it essential you have:Proven investigation experience in a customer focused Community Services Sector environment.Proven ability to think and plan analytically and problem-solving skillsA comprehensive understanding of the Disability Act and Child Youth ActA comprehensive understanding of Commission for Child and Young people and the Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme.Very well developed interpersonal, negotiation and complaints resolution skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with the ability to quickly source and disseminate information.
