Payroll Officer

We are passionate about ensuring high quality services and genuinely care about the goal attainment and results for both clients and our care workforce.CareChoice is now seeking a dynamic Payroll Officer to join the finance team with an immediate start.  The role:Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will suit a dedicated professional who is seeking a full time payroll position within the healthcare sector.Generating payroll for 650 support workers on a fortnightly basis.Answering payroll telephone enquiries and responding to email queries.Assisting with processing invoices.Supporting Accounts Payable with invoices and payments. Benefits:Current arrangements available to work from home. Reward and recognition program- save money with multiple retailers.Employee Assistance Program. Essential:Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.Attention-to-detail, accuracy and sound numeracy skills.Previous experience with end-to-end payroll, preferably more than 3 years.Be available for an immediate start.Working knowledge of the SCHADS (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services) award.Desirable:Previous experience with hr3 payroll software.Experience with NDIS and community services sector payroll. All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Record Check.  AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Clayton South 3169
