Project Coordinator

CareChoice has embarked on an exciting new initiative and is seeking an experienced project manager for a 6-month contract to oversee key projects.The Role:The Project Manager will work closely with all departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Property Management, Sales, Operations, Senior & Executive Management to ensure the timely delivery of all associated projects. The key responsibility of this role is to project manage a diverse range of activities across the business and from outside stakeholders. The project manager will be responsible for the progress reporting of each project to key stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to providing constant reports and updates on the progress of all projects.Qualifications and Experience:To be successful in this position you must have:• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Management or similar are essential.• Previous experience in a similar role overseeing the delivery of projects from multiple departments.• Previous experience within the disability sector or similar.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent problem-solving skills• Advanced negotiating skills• Ability to manage changing and competing priorities.• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders• Experience commercialising services or products in complex environments• Ability to provide accurate and timely progress reports• A sound understanding of commercial contracts  AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Clayton 3168
