CareChoice is currently experiencing unprecedented growth and is now seeking a specialised Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer to join the recruitment team.The RoleReporting to the Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Screening applicants & booking interviews and training with a particular focus on residential Care in the Disability sectorEnsuring all candidate files are up to date with mandatory documentsChasing up candidates for any outstanding paperworkTaking references in a timely and professional mannerScanning documents and collating candidate filesEntering personal data into a CRM in an accurate and timely mannerAssisting with group interviewsBooking and coordinating Careers Expos and other similar eventsOther ad hoc administrative duties as required.Your ProfileTo be successful in the position you must have:Exceptional administration skillsExcellent Presentation SkillsAn exemplary phone mannerHigh attention to detailA commitment to providing quality serviceAn ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to multitask and prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlinesProven ability to learn new IT systems and softwareAbility to build rapport with candidates.It is highly desirable if you have previous experience In a recruitment role or a resourcing role.
