We focus on providing the right person, on time, every time so that our clients can rely on us to achieve their goals.The Role:We are currently seeking experienced support workers in Melbourne's Eastern and Southern regions to work with our clients who are currently residing in Residential facilities. Your tasks may include some or all of the below tasks depending on your clients needs:Home/domestic careMeal preparation/CookingPersonal careAssisted Social Outings - must have car & Australian licence Medication administration (training provided)Build rapport and actively engage with clients Behavioural managementPEG FeedingBowel CareEpilepsy managementSupport Worker Profile:If you are a passionate, experienced support worker who wants work/life balance while making a real difference in someone’s life, then we have a place for you at Carechoice.Minimum requirements for this role include:Certificate IV in Disability equivalent is essentialPrevious experience in a similar roleA clear and current police check obtained within the last six monthsA current First aid – Within 3 yearsCPR certificate – Within 12 monthsA current Working With Children Check (Victorian)An international police check (where applicable)A valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicleAbility to engage and build rapport with clients AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Eastern Suburbs Clayton 3168
