Rostering Coordinator

As a result of internal restructuring we are now seeking  experienced Care Coordinators to join our amazing team. The RoleTheir are several shifts available including Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 12pm-8pm As a Senior Care Coordinator you will be required to manage the delivery of disability and child protection services in line with client care requirements and preferences. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will be the primary point of contact for our support staff and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with and rostering our casual workforce. You will also be the point of escalation for any immediate crisis situations and liaise with; clients, emergency services, child protection and support workers to achieve optimum outcomes.
