As the newest member to our team reporting directly to our Head of Disability, you’ll be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members throughout Ballarat and Bendigo on a daily basis, ensuring the team provides quality services and safeguards to our clients that promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society.A day in the life as a Team Leader with CareChoice, may see you supporting your team with:Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureOversee day-to-day operationDiscover training needs and provide coachingMonitor team performanceDelegate tasks and set deadlinesAbout youAs a positive role model with a ‘can do attitude’, you’ll have a high degree of initiative and strong desire to achieve outstanding results. Ideally, you’ll have:Certificate IV in Disability or equivalentProven experience in the disability sectorExperience supervising people and programs in the Disability, Youth Welfare, Child Protection Out of Home Care and/or Community Services SectorsAbility and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional service standardsValid Driver’s LicenceBenefits & cultureCareChoice is proud to be an EEO employer.
