About you

As a positive role model with a ‘can do attitude’, you’ll have a high degree of initiative and strong desire to achieve outstanding results. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
  • Proven experience in the disability sector
  • Experience supervising people and programs in the Disability, Youth Welfare, Child Protection Out of Home Care and/or Community Services Sectors
  • Ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional service standards
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
