We currently have opportunities to work Monday to Friday, as well as weekends. A day in the life as a Care Coordinator with CareChoice, may see you supporting our clients across a variety of shifts, including morning, day, afternoon and overnight shifts with:Managing the coordination of our support workers and enrolled nurses to deliver disability and child protection services in line with client care requirements and preferencesPrioritizing and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and ad hoc administration tasksActing as the primary point of contact for our support staff and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with and rostering our casual workforceProviding advice and support for any immediate crisis situations and liaise with; clients, emergency services and frontline workers to achieve optimum outcomesAbout youAs a passionate, reliable, and experienced Care Coordinator, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).
