We are passionate about ensuring high quality services and genuinely care about the goal attainment and results for both clients and our care workforce.Our values are flexibility, honesty, reliability and responsiveness. The RoleThe role of Coordination Team Leader serves as a key part of the organisation by supporting and managing the coordination team to deliver the highest levels of quality support and customer service is provided to our clients, staff, family members and key stakeholders.Key components of the role include: Undertaking and supporting coordination team members to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure effective supports are delivered to our clients.Facilitating team member development, supervision and performance management on a best practice model.Planning staff resources including leave, roster management and recruitment to ensure adequate staffing levels.Supporting team members in managing complaints and feedback effectively.Your ProfileTo be successful in this position it is essential you have:Previous experience supporting a team in a rostering/coordination environment would be highly desirableAbility to build rapport with clients and staff, as well as effectively communicating with key stakeholdersExceptional communication skillsExcellent computer literacy with experience in data and trend analysis. Benefits & cultureCareChoice is proud to be an EEO employer.
