The ideal support worker will be willing to actively engage with our client, enjoy going swimming and fishing, whilst at the same time being able to be firm and set boundaries. Experience working with clients with Autism, ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder will be highly regarded. The shifts will involve continued interaction with our client and support them throughout the day to complete their activities.
