As the newest member to join our team reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you’ll be responsible for attracting, screening and recruiting suitable direct care staff with a focus on quality whilst supporting a positive and seamless candidate experience.A day in the life as a Recruitment Coordinator with CareChoice, may see you supporting our Participants with:Identify and resource suitable candidates within the health care sectorScheduling and conducting comprehensive interviews, reference checks and all relevant probity checks as required.Identifying candidate’s experience, skills and preferences who are suited to specific client groups.Liaising with Coordination Team to advise of suitable placement opportunities for candidates.Talent pipelining of candidates.About youAs a highly motivated individual with previous experience recruiting within the Health Care sector, you’ll have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Ideally, you’ll have:A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work unsupervisedExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn.Thorough knowledge or industry experience, including NDIS, DHHS, and relevant legislative requirementsClear, pleasant, professional and confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focusBenefits & cultureCareChoice is proud to be an EEO employer.
