You’ll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our Participants with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with CareChoice, may see you supporting our Participant with:Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals.24-hour complex supportsSupported Independent livingCommunity access and transportDomestic and Personal careThe hours of work vary and include weekday shifts, evening, and weekend shifts. Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12 pm.About youAs a passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker, you’ll have experience with providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with Participants.
